Properties marketed for sale from 14 December 2007 in England and Wales need a Home Information Pack.

For sellers, providing a Pack up front should reduce the likelihood of any nasty surprises in the selling process that could delay the sale, as buyers will be able to make more informed decisions about purchasing their home.
Get a HIP in 2/4 Days enabling you to sell your home with no fuss or bother, Home Information Packs (HIPS) are designed to help, despite this they are not something that the average seller can easily put together, you need an expert.
We can supply you with a HIP within 2/4 days (sooner sometimes), this will enable your Estate Agent to market the property. The items which take a little longer such as the Local Authority Searches and the CON29DW Water Search can be added when they become available.

2. Energy Performance Certificate.
3. Sale Statement.
4. A Property Information Questionnaire.
a. Standard Searches.
b. Local Authority Private Searches.
c. Water Searches conducted by the water companies themselves, N.B. Private water searches are not acceptable for inclusion in a HIP.
5. Evidence of Title.
a. Official Copies of the Land Registry Title Plan.
b. Official copies of the Land Registry Title Register
N.B. Copies of the above downloaded free from the Land Registry website are not acceptable for inclusion in a HIP as they have no standing in law, although the contents may be identical.
6. Additional documents for leasehold and common hold properties applicable.
